Langtang valley trek
The Langtang trek with Yala peak climbing is one of the most adventurous trekking routes in Nepal. It leads you to high passes in the mountainous regions. on the way, you can see Langtang, Ganesh Himal, and Annapurna Range. On the trails, you will encounter a cultural diversity of Sherpa, Tamang, and Tibetans.
The hike starts from Syabru Besi. It follows the Langtang River towards the bamboo forest and leads via the Lama Hotel 2470m. from the sea level to the Bamboo Lodge. The treks continue at an altitude of 3440m to the village of Langtang. Finally, you reach the last village of this treks called Kyangjin Gompa. After that, you have to spend one night in the tent for the Yala Peak climbing at Yala peak High camp at an elevation of 4800m. and you have to take some dry food with you.
Climb Yala Peak
Our climbing guide will provide food and drinks at the High camp as well. In the early morning you start the ascent to the Yala peak summit with our experienced climbing guide and in the afternoon you return to Kyangjin Gompa. The next day you can descend the same way to Pahira Thapla and from there you have to climb to Thulo Syabru at 2470 m. Thulo Syabru is the Tamang village and lies west over the Gosaikunda Pass. The next day you will climb to the village called sigh Gompa. Similarly, the next morning is the journey to Laurebina and to Gosainkunda Lake.
Gosaikunda Lake is a freshwater lake at an altitude of 4380 meters. It is also a holy lake because it describes the abode of Shiva and Gauri. There are teahouses offering different snacks. After visiting the holy Gosaikunda Lake we hike down to the pass of Laurebina 4610m. and enter the Helambu region. Through the villages of Gopte, Thadepati and Melamchi Gaon. We walk from Melamchi gaon to Timbu and drive back to Kathmandu via Bhaktapur. On the way back to Kathmandu we visit Bhaktapur.
