We take a one hour flight to Nepalgunj one of the biggest cities in the region that shares its southern border with India. You can visit around town in the evening. Overnight at hotel in Nepalgunj.
We fly from Nepalgunj and reach Jumla in 20 minutes where yours trekking trail to the Rara Lake in Mugu district begins here.Overnight at Jumla.
We follow the JugadKhola River uphill as we head towards ChereChaur. The river bank trail passes towards several beautiful villages and reach Khalanga Bazaar which is the busiest town. We stay overnight at Cherechaur.
We begin early by ascending to the Jaljala Pass (3580m/11745ft). Beyond the pass is the JaljalaChaur that descends down rapidly till we come to Chalachaur, the Rara Lake Circuit. Overnight at Chalachaur.
Following the embankments of Jaljhalakhola River we reach towards Sinja valley. This was a prehistoric valley of Khasa around 13-14 century. Overnight at teahouse in Sinja.
Following slopy patches alongside Hima River we reach the village of Laha. Then walking to steeper trails along the Ghattekhola River we arrive at Ghorosingha where we rest overnight.

Today is another day at Rara Lake you can see the horses grazing, fishermen, passers by, boating, paraglyding at a certain charge in the premises of 6.11 square miles of Rara Lake and visit Rara National park on a special permit. Overnight at camp near Rara Lake.
After having relinquished over views of Rara Lake Today we descend gradually downhill passing through district headquarter to reach Pina. Overnight at teahouse.
Today we climb up Ghurchi Lagna Pass and alongside villages and down till we arrive at Bumra. Overnight at teahouse in Bumra.
We cross the Buma river and hotsprings of that area and again cross Danphe Lagna Pass and get to Chere chaur otherside and move downhill to arrive at Jumla. Overnight at hotel in Jumla.
Today from Jumla airport we fly back to Nepalgunj. This takes only 20-25 minutes again from Nepalgunj we board another flight back to Kathmandu. Overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu.
