The Tsum Valley, also known as the "Hidden Valley of Happiness," lies in the northern Gorkha District near the Tibetan border. This sacred valley is rich in Tibetan Buddhist culture, centuries-old monasteries, mani walls, prayer flags, and traditional villages. Open to trekkers only since 2008, the Tsum Valley is one of Nepal's most pristine and culturally preserved regions. The trek offers breathtaking views of the Ganesh Himal, Buddha Himal, and Sringi Himal, as well as profound insights into the traditional lives of the Himalayan people.
